Your booking procedure

Step 1: Registration

After registration your passport data will be recorded. You will receive a booking confirmation and a deposit can be paid.

Step 2: Submission of documents

Complete documents have to be handed in until the announced deadline. ONLY complete documents will be accepted and payment must be made.

Step 3: Seminar

On the day of the seminar you will receive your BALCOK gift package (or by courier) as well as all travel related information.

Step 4: Flight details

You will receive your flight details by e-mail.

Step 5: Departure

You are ready to go! We meet at the airport and give you your documents.
